Masks for skin rejuvenation

Hello dear readers. Today I want to share recipes for homemade masks for facial wrinkles. I haven't seen my girlfriend for a long time, we met recently, at 47 years old she looks just great. Her facial skin is so smooth and even that even I noticed it. It's simply impossible not to notice her beaming face. We talked for a long time. I still couldn't stand it and asked how she cares for her face?

Natasha shared with me the recipes for the masks she uses on her face; All masks are homemade, from natural products, i. e. natural face masks against wrinkles. She performs facial gymnastics; At the bottom of the article I add a video in which she performs facial gymnastics. Also, openness, joy, love, despite all the difficulties and adversities, I continue to love, smile and enjoy every day, my friend said.

Today there are many cosmetic products that can smooth wrinkles. I myself have wrinkles on my face and have also bought all sorts of products and creams. As soon as you use them, your face is smooth, even, simply beautiful. The wrinkles seem to be smoothing out. But I have stopped using all store-bought anti-wrinkle products and I already notice that my face is not as smooth and I notice wrinkles. In general, as long as you use anti-wrinkle products, everything is fine, as soon as you stop using them, everything comes back.

Many women suffer from dry facial skin, which is usually accompanied by feelings of tension, irritation and flaking. Wrinkles are more common on such a face because the skin is more prone to loss of elasticity. What can you do to give your skin the moisture it needs and eliminate unwanted dryness?

There are many cosmetics and treatments for this skin type, some even use hemorrhoid cream for this, but it is always possible to make anti-wrinkle masks for faces with dry skin at home from natural products.

Causes of dryness

What causes fluid loss? The skin consists of several layers:

  1. dermis
  2. epidermis
  3. outer stratum corneum

The epidermis and the cells of the stratum corneum protect the dermis from environmental influences. The dermis contains 80% fluid, which provides elasticity. If the protective layer is thin, it has difficulty retaining fluid in the dermis. Without this necessary help, the skin quickly loses moisture. And this happens even more intensively under the influence of external irritating factors: heat, frost, wind.

It is important to know that there are two types of dry skin:

  1. This type is given to humans by nature. The skin is sensitive, does not cause problems at a young age, does not have an oily shine and acne, but over time it is prone to the early appearance of wrinkles and peeling.
  2. The skin becomes like this due to dehydration. This can happen to any skin type due to inadequate moisturization or excessive drying with specific products.

If you have doubts about determining your skin type, you can do a simple test:

  • Wash thoroughly
  • Wipe your face
  • Do not apply creams or cosmetics to your face
  • After a few hours, apply a paper napkin to your face.

If there are no wet spots on the napkin, the skin is dry. If spots appear in the area of the nose, forehead and chin, we can safely say that the skin is oily.

The main reasons why skin becomes dry:

  1. Dysfunction of the sebaceous glands
  2. Dry air
  3. Frequent exposure to sunlight and frost
  4. Longer stay in the water
  5. Wash with hot water
  6. Bad cosmetics, excessive use of cosmetics
  7. Use soap
  8. Frequent exfoliation
  9. Not enough vitamins
  10. Various skin diseases
  11. Diseases of the stomach and intestines, thyroid, nervous system
  12. Side effects of some medications
  13. Poor nutrition, diets
  14. Smoke
  15. Lack of proper facial care
  16. Hormonal changes/pregnancy, menopause, hormone therapy
  17. Age-related changes

Dry air, especially in the cold season, is one of the most common causes of skin dehydration; it makes the skin dull and lifeless. Frost, strong winds, high temperatures and low humidity are dangerous for all skin types, especially if they are naturally dry and thin. A similar effect occurs with frequent visits to the solarium.

Hot water and even the use of soap have the same negative effect. The natural fat layer is washed out, the skin dries out and becomes tighter.

However, the body must receive sufficient fluids. Violation of water balance, resulting from incorrect organization of nutrition or certain diets, is initially reflected on the face.

Diseases such as diabetes, dysbacteriosis, eczema also affect dry skin. A malfunction of the thyroid gland reduces oil production, causing the skin to lose its elasticity and dry out. A number of medications (antibiotics, diuretics) can have a side effect that prevents the skin from receiving sufficient moisture.

Dry skin type is most sensitive to hormonal changes. The main factor affecting the formation of dry dermis is malfunction of the sebaceous glands. However, this can be influenced by weather conditions and incorrectly selected cosmetics, as well as poor ecology, bad habits and even active facial expressions and the amount of time in front of a computer monitor.

How to use anti-wrinkle masks for dry skin

Before starting health measures, you need to find out what caused dry skin and eliminate the root causes. Otherwise, no products applied to the surface can solve the problem.

There are myths about proper care for this skin type:

  1. Sometimes you hear the misconception that caring for dry skin is practically unnecessary. This decision is made among young representatives of the fair half. But as soon as the threshold of thirty years is passed, the body's natural aging process begins. And dry skin suffers most from the lack of mandatory care. Therefore, attention is drawn to the early appearance of facial wrinkles.
  2. Someone claims that after the age of 30, no matter what you do, wrinkles still appear on dry skin. The body really ages, and it can't be prevented, but there is always the possibility of slowing down this process. Well-groomed skin ages more slowly and definitely looks better. With the right measures, you can keep your skin young and wrinkles become practically invisible even as you get older.

The best positive results in both the prevention and elimination of wrinkles on the face with dry skin can be achieved using homemade cosmetic masks. After all, they are full of natural, beneficial ingredients. When preparing it yourself, there is no doubt whether chemical ingredients have been added to the composition.

When choosing mask recipes, it is better to focus on options that have a nourishing and moisturizing effect.

These masks are intended to achieve the following effects:

  1. Restoration of water balance
  2. rejuvenation
  3. Smoothing of wrinkles
  4. Maximum moisture retention

Many people note that after regularly using homemade masks, the skin looks smooth, healthy and matte.

You need to use homemade care products for 15-20 minutes before bedtime 2-3 times a week. After rinsing, apply a tried-and-tested moisturizing night cream. It is better to change masks.

Moreover, you don't even need to supplement it with any components, just apply the fermented milk product to your face. After waiting for the first coat to dry, apply another coat, several times.

"Waste in business"

As paradoxical as it may sound, in the fight against wrinkles and dry skin, people come to the rescue who actually seem unsuitable for it.

Cucumber is very useful for dry skin types; it moisturizes the skin and brightens it slightly. If you carry out this simple procedure for a week, you will already notice improvements.

Bananas also have a surprisingly beneficial effect on the skin. Not only the pulp of the banana, but also its peel contains a large amount of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that are necessary for maintaining healthy skin. Simply rubbing the inside of a banana peel on your face will provide nourishment and moisture.

Contraindications, side effects

Masks prepared at home from natural ingredients have practically no contraindications. Barring an individual intolerance to a particular product or an allergy to a component of the mask, they cannot cause any harm. However, there are many options for masks, so you can easily replace one recipe with another in which all the ingredients are suitable for a particular person.

Sometimes you can find recipes where lemon juice is included in the mask. This product should be used with caution on dry skin, as the thin epidermis is particularly susceptible to irritation. Acid threatens to cause severe burning and redness.

If a capillary network forms on the skin of the face, it is necessary to avoid using honey in the masks, as it has a vasodilating effect.

Anyone who has dry skin with early wrinkles should not despair.

With simple recipes for masks prepared at home, you will be happy to look in the mirror in the near future. It's great to feel healthy and beautiful.
